Order Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds Policy

Cancellation Policy: We aim to fulfill all orders diligently, but rare situations like supplier shortages or unreliable sources may force us to cancel orders. In such cases, we'll promptly inform you and offer a full refund or exchange. Cancellations originating from the customer are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order.

Missing Items/Lost in Shipping: Product tracking tends to be robust these days. If your product is lost enroute to your home, Gravel Chic will replace your item without any cost to you. However, if product tracking shows the item as delivered to your address, we cannot replace or refund a missing item. "Porch pirates" can be a problem--if you doubt your package will be secure at its final delivery point, consider having your package delivered to a friend or relative who stays at home, or whose residence tends to be more secure and less likely to be plagued by "porch pirates."

Returns and Exchanges: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging within 50 days of purchase. We reimburse shipping costs for the first return ONLY. Exchanges are provided for defective or damaged items returned with their original packaging. Please check size charts carefully before ordering. Shipping costs for returns are generally not reimbursed.

Product Images: While we strive for accuracy in product images, differences may occur due to editing for image clarity or monitor variations. If an item's color doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns, though shipping costs to make the returns are typically not reimbursed (except for the customer's first return). If you are returning your item due to a disappointing appearance "in real life" as opposed to how it was portrayed online, please, do let us know. We want to eliminate products from our product line if they're not of an acceptable quality.

Return Insurance: Consider using tracking and insurance for returns, especially for items over $50. We can't refund or exchange items not received by our returns department.

Certain items, such as perishables, intimate goods (including swimsuits or swim trunks), hazardous materials, and gift cards, cannot be returned. If a particular item is non-returnable, we will note that in our product description.

How to Return an Item to Our Store:  To return an item purchased from Gravel Chic, it must be unused and put back in the original packaging. Mail it with a note referring to your order number and date, as well as a brief statement as to why you would like to exchange or return the item, to RETURNS, Gravel Chic, LLC, PO Box 220, Cecilia, KY 42724.

We cannot guarantee we will receive an item you have intended to submit for exchange/refund.. No refunds or exchanges can be provided for a returned item not received by us.
